Team and P&L responsibility in one of Lime\'s key regions and one of the most competitive micro mobility markets in a period of fast growth (topline CAGR of xx%, €xx mln annual revenue)• Leading a 5-person operations management team• Driving the goal setting (OKRs, P&L) and ensuring the goals are hit on a day-to-day operational level• Identifying critical issues and biggest opportunities, collaborating with relevant stakeholders and cross functional partners to ensure effective resolution and continuous improvement• Leveraging learnings derived from running one of the biggest regions to drive innovation throughout the companySome key initiatives:• Designed a new vehicle rebalancing strategy by combining innovative view on internal demand and supply data with 3 external data sources; rolled out with local teams across 10 major European regions — doubling ROI of positioning and boosting market share by up to 7 points. Rollout continues in selected markets across the company. • Set new global standards for vehicle and battery asset management and recovery, partnering with data and product teams, to create and roll out the new processes reducing the decay of assets by 20%• Identified and drove to resolution cost-impacting issues in swap and rebalance processes, reducing costs by 2-3%• Created a weekly and daily business review structure that enhanced operational manageability and was adopted by 8 other regions• Initiated and led the donation of bicycles to 4 NGOs • Created 10+ dashboards used by over 50 operations leaders weekly across 20 regions leveraging my knowledge of SQL, Snowflake and Google Sheets
