ABOUT STAN SELEZNYOV

I am a healthcare professional with experience in the dynamic and demanding hospital environment. I have worked as a manager to individuals, departments, and other supervisors. I have had the pleasure of taking on the challenges, flexibility, focus and diplomacy such positions require. My goal is to bring the knowledge and insight I have gained through my experience to the Healthcare Industry. I feel that working in the health field has given me the diversity and insight to grow professionally in order to meet the demands of senior management. Throughout my career in the Medical Industry, I have had the opportunity to advance my knowledge of healthcare, patient care, management, healthcare law and regulation and the numerous hospital policies and procedures. Through dedication, hard work and a cooperative work environment, I have been able to sharpen my organizational skills, my attention to detail and my ability to work with speed and accuracy. As a manager I have gained experience in research, writing reports, designing high impact Power Point presentations, administrating patient care, and other crucial administrative and managerial tasks. In all the previous positions I have held, I have approached them as opportunities for career advancement and discovery. I bring the same entrepreneurial spirit, value and vision to any organization while continuing to focus on providing only the highest level of work and dedication.
