As a Senior Director, Human Resources leads and oversees human resources for the Eastern part of the country. Building effective partnerships with the business and developing and delivering HR strategy, advice, counsel and support. Also responsible for, but not limited to tactical deployment of strategies developed around talent attraction, associate relations, performance management, talent review and succession planning, total rewards, leadership coaching, training and development.
