Development + Fundraising* Responsible for planning and directing all fundraising for the organization* Secure philanthropic grants for systematic initiatives from local and national Foundations* Engage current and prospective donors (online, offline, in print)* Increase year-over-year giving, donor retention, and new donor acquisition* Implement new programs including: Donor Stewardship Program, Peer-to-Peer Fundraising, Sustaining Donor ProgramCommunications + Public Relations* Responsible for the creation, implementation, and measurement of a comprehensive communications program, enhancing the organization\'s image * Create awareness and advocacy of the agency\'s mission * Direct all communications plans and vehicles, including social media, Website(s), direct mail, email campaigns to the public, key stakeholders, elected officials, corporate and media partners
