Provide administrative and programmatic support to OTED Governance leadership, OTED Executive Director and assigned staff.Support OTED Governance, including Transition Assistance Interagency Work Group (TAIWG), Senior Steering Group (SSG), TAP Executive Council (TAP-EC), Joint Executive Council (JEC), Program Management Working Group (PMWG), Data Systems/Information Technology Working Group (DSIT), Curriculum Working Group (CWG), and special assignment for POAM pilots, initiatives.Host and participate in virtual meetings, effectively communicating with the OTED client team, including leadership, to determine support needs, assess client satisfaction, and build rapport.Support the development, planning, and execution of various programs, including existing programs and program expansion efforts, and track due outs from each meeting.Take clear, grammatically correct, and accurate meeting minutes.Develop project plans, production trackers, briefings, talking points, outlines, templates, PowerPoint presentations, FAQs, flyers, and other marketing collateral to support OTED programs.Provide research and experience-based guidance to the OTED client team to improve practices and programs.Ensure exceptional quality of products for the OTED client team through a meticulous review process, consistently achieving a 95% rating or above by conducting comprehensive peer reviews and implementing precise editing techniques.Collaborate with subcontractors to facilitate OTED client support.
