Manage the day-to-day multi-modal curriculum design and development of VA TAP’s curricular products for the entire build cycle, including the direct supervision of a team of 7 Instructional Systems Designers. • Effectively use interpersonal skills to guide and coach direct reports in ILT and vILT design principles, development processes, and their professional growth. • Supervise the development and revision of instruction and government contracting training material packages, including but not limited to slide presentations, classroom activities, worksheets/handouts, and instructor and participant guides consistent with VA client expectations.• Apply adult learning theories and best practices in multimedia learning to create engaging in-person and virtual instructor-led training. • Ensure alignment of enabling and terminal learning objectives, knowledge checks, and practical exercises between modalities for a consistently branded DOD product of the highest quality.• Actively and knowledgeably engage with and virtually collaborate with peers, internal leadership, and the client on the relevant milestones within their respective curricular assignments, including up-to-date status, challenges, risks, and the root causes of proposed remediation.• Consistently and efficiently utilize project management tools such as Asana, OneNote, and SharePoint while following all team procedures for naming conventions and file retention.
