ABOUT STACEY MALITOWSKI
Since 1998 my career focus has been in Occupational Health and Safety in Construction and Oil and Gas. Beginning with field safety operations in oil and gas pipeline construction, my passion for HSE systems and concepts was ignited. In 2002 I founded Workplace Safety & Healthcare Services in Lethbridge AB. From it\'s humble beginnings as a safety services provider, my company quickly developed into a dynamic and full service HSE firm.Working together with local, regional and multinational clients, Workplace Safety became the premier provider of said services in Alberta for almost two decades. The challenge and excitement of working with national, international and U.S. companies is learning standards of each region and designing systems that comply all across the board. During my time as an HSE Entrepreneur I had the distinguished pleasure of acquiring a We Care Health Service Franchise. Focusing on WCB health services for injured workers I gained the valuable perspective of the \"injured/disabled\" worker in relation to their incidents. This insight allowed me to grow my understanding of HSE concepts beyond the technical aspects and relate to the \"personal\' side of my career.Using this knowledge and passion to assist others as an instructor at the Lethbridge College and the Alberta Construction Safety Association allowed me to inspire and mentor a great number of professionals into long lasting and fulfilling careers in the industry.My current passion is assisting business owners and entrepreneurs achieve the next level of business excellence using the latest technology called nomorePAPER.
