Plays a critical role in the newly formed philanthropy team that holistically blends fundraising, advising, stewardship, and prospecting to better serve our donors’ needs and drive financial sustainability for theorganization. In collaboration with the Integrated Philanthropy team, the SD is responsible for helping theFederation meet its growth, fund and asset development goals in the new strategic plan, animportant component of which is ensuring donors are not only acknowledged, appreciated,and informed, but also meaningfully engaged. Through events, missions, and awardscommittees as well as the development and execution of campaign strategies and prospectingactivities, the SD will play an important role in establishing new donor advised funds andgrowing annual fundraising (unrestricted and designated) and the Endowment.
