ABOUT SRIVIDYA IVATURI

A Strategic HR professional with academic depth & strong practice strength. I have dived deep for gaining subject knowledge & implementation experience in varied business context. Fortunate to have worked with companies like GMR Group and their most prestigious project of Airport Privatization, where I gained the rarest experience of converting Theory to Strategy to Action. I not only could work in different industry sector & different companies at varied life stage and growth curve. With rich HR operation experience in all functions of HR, I have developed deep insights in Strategic HR, OD Interventions, L&D operations, design and delivery, Talent Management, Leadership Architecture-from entry to retirement, Performance Management, Rewards & Recognition, Employee Engagement, HR Analytics, Competency Mapping & Assessments, Psychometrics, Change Management, Leading with Diversity & others. Early stage exposure with a Infrastructure industry startup managing end to end HR operations, designing and implementing HR policies, consulting and setting up practices, working on organizational design and development interventions for family owned businesses and midsize organization helped me recognize the value of context and its impact on the success of HR policies and practices early on, along with one of its kind of initiatives like HR Bidding for Airport Privatization, Public-Private Cultural Diversity and Adaption Labs, Assessment and Development Centers etc,Taking a leap into academics by pursuing Leadership Coaching, EQ Fellow programs, to strengthen my expertise of Coaching and Leadership Development of Coaching Experience and Assessments. I sharpened my conceptual clarity spending more than a couple of years as a visiting faculty at Premier B-Schools (ISB & M, IBS and a few other colleges) teaching PG Courses along with Management Development Programs for Senior Corporate Leaders and Bureaucrats.
