I consult with clients (primarily in healthcare) to design and implement leadership development, assessment, and succession management programs. Many of my clients need to get leaders ready faster in an environment where time, resources, and budgets have never been more scarce, yet the need for better leaders has never been greater. This means we need to find new ways to develop leaders that are more scalable and efficient and can be implemented with leaner HR teams. DDI has designed our solutions with those exact needs in mind. On a personal note, I\'m passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion and enjoy working with clients who want to develop more inclusive leaders and reduce bias in the identification of leadership potential.
