I\'m a Product Designer, UX Researcher, and Framer Developer passionate about crafting user-centred digital experiences that solve real-world problems and deliver measurable impact. I specialize in UXED (User Experience Engineering Design), a deep, research-driven approach to solving design problems that impact business. With a strong foundation in UX research and UI/UX design, I’ve led 15+ full-scale design projects, conducted 110+ UX audits, and consistently delivered outcomes that improved user satisfaction, trust, and engagement. My work is driven by a blend of empathy and analytical thinking, focusing on both usability and business goals. From identifying critical user pain points to designing seamless B2C interfaces, I apply research methodologies and engineering principles to create experiences that are not just visually appealing but deeply functional and scalable.
