Currently pursuing an MBA with a dual specialization in Human Resources and Marketing, I bring a diverse academic and professional background that uniquely positions me to understand people-centric strategies across industries. With an undergraduate degree in English Honours and certifications in nursing, I have developed a holistic view of both communication and care — two vital pillars of effective HR practice. My journey has been shaped by hands-on experience in healthcare as a Nursing Practitioner, where I cultivated empathy, discipline, and crisis management skills. Transitioning into the corporate space, I took on a Digital Marketing internship that honed my abilities in communication, branding, and engagement strategies — elements that are increasingly integral to HR functions like employer branding and employee experience. As a passionate learner and an ICSC & ISC graduate, I value a strong foundation in academics, and I am committed to translating my diverse experiences into impactful HR contributions. I am particularly drawn to areas like recruitment, HR operations, employee wellness, and strategic communication, and I now seek opportunities where I can apply my cross-functional expertise to drive meaningful outcomes in human resource management.
