Create, maintain, and present pipeline of potential candidates to the Fortune Clients- Leverage online recruiting sources and network to identify and recruit top talent- Identify and Source candidates using a variety of creative approaches, including Job boards, Alumni listings, Online professional associations and networking- Review and analyze candidate profiles to best match client requirements- Involved in developing detailed knowledge of industry sectors, position functions and companies, playing a key part in identifying and critically assessing potential executives from mid to senior-level positions- Partnering with Research Consultants to develop search strategies by identifying and qualifying target candidates, sources and companies for each new search assignment- Assist with sourcing campaign creation for hard to fill roles- Ability to do phone based research; ability to extract information from senior executives and their “gatekeepers”- Executive search practice for leading companies across the globe- Maintaining and updating recruitment and sourcing trackers and reports- Conduct market research based on client requirements, using an appropriate and creative methodology to design and manage a research project, which may involve the use of quantitative and/or qualitative methods applying a variety of research techniques to gather relevant information, including document analysis- Constantly building and sustaining network of top talent- Innovate and manage existing and new projects - Expertise in Research Methodologies- Prepare and dispatch periodic reports based on client requirements.
