Responsible for identifying and pre-screening candidates to fill entry to senior level positions• Develop an effective pipeline of top talent available for immediate hire• Work closely and maintain excellent work relations within the organization• Identify viable candidates using a variety of tool like Job boards, Alumni listings, Online professional associations, cold calling and social/professional networks• Source and screen qualified candidates for various positions including but not limited to IT, Engineering, Sales (Technical and Non-technical), Food and Beverage, Pharmaceuticals (R&D and Manufacturing), Finance and Accounting• Maintain long-term relationships with candidates• Manage and coordinate communication with candidates to coordinate and schedule phone or F2F interviews and ensure effective connection with the hiring organization
