ABOUT SREERAM KRISHNAN
I am a commercial and operational leader in the vapor control and combustion industry with experience spanning engineering, project execution, business development, and business process optimization.Currently serving as Business Process & Commercial Manager for Vapor Control Products at Zeeco, I focus on strengthening the commercial infrastructure and operational processes that support the delivery of vapor control solutions across bulk liquid terminals and industrial facilities. My work centers on improving financial reporting, developing scalable business processes, and aligning engineering, sales, and operations to drive stronger performance across the organization. My career began in project engineering, where I supported the execution of thermal oxidizer and SRU thermal reactor projects from design through installation. I later transitioned into applications engineering, where I worked closely with customers and internal engineering teams to develop technical solutions, prepare proposals, and support complex emissions control system implementations.Building on that technical foundation, I moved into retrofit sales and business development, partnering with terminal operators, EPC firms, and industrial customers to identify opportunities to upgrade existing vapor control infrastructure, improve reliability, and support evolving emissions compliance requirements.Today, I operate at the intersection of engineering, commercial strategy, and operational performance—leveraging both technical expertise and business insight to improve how vapor control solutions are delivered, priced, and executed. My areas of focus include:• Vapor control and combustion systems• Terminal emissions control and regulatory compliance• Commercial strategy and financial performance analysis• Business process optimization and operational efficiency• Industrial equipment sales and retrofit solutions• Cross-functional leadership between engineering, sales, and operationsI am passionate about building the processes, strategies, and teams that enable organizations to scale effectively while delivering technically sound and commercially successful solutions to customers across the energy and industrial sectors.Interested in connecting with professionals across:• Vapor control and emissions compliance• Bulk liquid terminal operations• Industrial combustion systems• Energy infrastructure and environmental solutions
