ABOUT SREENIVAS AKULA AKULAR

I am a Professional Office Manager basically and now working as Private Secretary in Indian Railways attached to Chief S&T Engineer in Zonal Office, Railways. I am an Executive with multi talent having experienced in preparing letter correspondence, drafting of any sort of office correspondences. Software skills like MS Office and well utilised computer desktop during my tenure of more than 20 -25 years of office works in Railways. As this is paper-less working era, trained and experienced on soft-wares utilized in Railway Administration ie, e-office, IREPS, HRMS, IMMS etc, where almost all the office correspondences like receipts, noting files for approvals, sending files for getting approval of higher officials have been executed as per the officer\'s instructions, under whom I have been working all these years. Besides, while I worked with some leading High Court Advocates, for a period of 5 or 6 years and I am having knowledge of Legal correspondence. As a Stenographer, basically, I used to take dictations from Advocates and prepare the information taken from them in a systematic legal format so that they can file the same in the Court of Law in Hyderabad, like District Court, High Court and even Supreme Court cases I dealt for some time. I was also experienced doing Accounts while it was manual and then Tally feeding of Accounts and up to submitting the same with Chartered Accountant.
