Services that I offer to both Private and Public sector clients covering Procurement, Purchase to Pay, eSourcing, Contract and Commercial management on either an interim and consultancy basis.Procurement-• Develop a Procurement Strategy that is aligned to your business and operational objectives.• Review and implement policy and governance across the Procurement and wider business functions.• Conduct spend analysis – identify who buys what from where and when!• Define a category plan based on robust spend analysis, sustainable procurement and meaningful KPI\'s.• Implement a sourcing and supply chain strategy that delivers a real reduction in cost without compromising quality or service.• Conduct a cost reduction programme for existing contracts, focussing on both direct and indirect savings through more efficient procurement.• Undertake Procurement and tender exercises – including Procurement Act 2023 for public sector clients.• Implement eProcurement ( Purchase to Pay or P2P)• Conduct eSourcing programmes including eAuction/eRFI and eRFP’s• Draft contract terms and conditions.Contract and Supplier Relationship Management-• Develop a Contract and Supplier Relationship management strategy.• Manage your strategic contracts to ensure that you realise best value post contract award.• Re-engineer purchase processes to optimise efficiency. • Implement Purchase Card and other payment programmes.Tender response for SMEs and Corporates• Help you negotiate the tender process.• Respond to any post tender and pre contract clarification meetings /questions.• Develop policy and strategies that are required to meet public sector tender requirements including policies covering Health and Safety, Environmental, Social Value and Equality and Diversity Review and help modernise Direct Labour Operations. Responsive Repairs, Planned Works and Materials Supply Chains strategies ( inc.
