Focused on ongoing quality improvement initiatives at both the department and institution level, enhancement of educational opportunities offered at our institution, development of personnel skills and career opportunities, and streamlining of operational processes to promote medication safety and stewardship. Serving as an inpatient pharmacy representative on several committees (i.e. Drug Shortage Committee, Workplace Safety Council, Cardiac Arrest Committee, Omnicell Stewardship Council, Medication Safety Committee, Student Intern Committee, Longitudinal APPE Program Coordinator, etc.).
