As an ORISE Fellow at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of Land Emergency Management, I specialize in evaluation and evidence building for key environmental programs. My work involves analyzing the impact of the Brownfield and Superfund programs—both of which provide critical resources to clean up contaminated lands—on surrounding communities. I also support the tracking of national recycling infrastructure and the RE-Powering America program, which promotes renewable energy development on current and formerly contaminated lands.This role aligns with my passion for creating sustainable infrastructure and land use practices that protect human health and the environment. By applying my technical research skills, I provide critical policy and program analysis that informs evidence-based decision-making and drives meaningful change.
