I am a key member of Lenovo ISG\'s Transformation team. Our role is to drive strategic cross-functional projects enabling ISG\'s Vision and Strategy. Previously I was a Supply Chain Director responsible for operational aspects of a $6 B/yr supply chain for Lenovo’s Data Centre Group. I have over 20 years of experience (mostly within IBM) primarily across supply chain functions such as planning, operations, inventory management, customer fulfillment, manufacturing, procurement, logistics and project management. In addition I have broader experience in sales operations and working with clients on delivery of Strategic Outsourcing accounts. In my previous role I had responsibility for end-to-end operations performance on Lenovo\'s DCG products, including execution of revenue attainment, cost management, inventory performance, and customer satisfaction. I have over 15 years management / senior management experience in a multicultural global environment.
