I’m a Strategic Account Manager at Atlassian, working with enterprise customers across the DACH region to drive growth, retention, and long-term transformation through modern SaaS solutions. Over the past decade, I’ve built and scaled complex customer relationships across technology, InsurTech, and enterprise software. My focus is on helping organisations get real value from the tools they invest in - aligning commercial goals with practical execution across teams and stakeholders. More recently, a growing part of my work involves supporting customers in adopting AI-powered capabilities within their workflows. This includes solutions like Rovo, as well as the broader Atlassian platform (Jira, Confluence), where AI is increasingly shaping how teams collaborate, access knowledge, and make decisions. I combine commercial ownership (revenue growth, expansion, retention) with a strong focus on customer value and long-term partnerships. I’m particularly interested in how AI is evolving enterprise SaaS, and how it can be applied in practical ways to improve productivity and ways of working.
