Experienced in working closely with Business Vertical Leads, Engineering Managers, and Product Owners and providing technical expertise and leadership throughout the product life cycles, owning effort estimations and differentials, and executing implementations in an agile manner handling a team of developers and engineers from multiple technologies ensuring overall design consistency and optimum customer engagement and experience. • Spearheaded the complete overhaul of the company website including regional-sites involving rebranding and multiple release-based improvements towards design elements integration, efficient user processes and workflows, enhanced site performance, search engine optimisations and marketing engineering. Was responsible for the development workflow, version controlling, review and code approval in GitHub. • Lead and managed a team of developers in the implementation of a high-performance customer facing application using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, SASS. Collaborated with a cross-functional team including designers, developers, testers, stakeholders to create new solutions, effective estimates and deliver work, facilitate feedback, and achieve design decisions. • Experienced in optimising and implementing design elements, templates and solutions that work for a variety of browser types and screen settings.
