ABOUT KATE SVOBODA

I\'m a Certified Professional of Training Management (CPTM), National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach NBC-HWC), and Ontologically trained life coach with a degree in psychology that is very passionate about human processes and behavior and creating a positive impact. I strive to empower people to find their motivators, encourage sustainable changes, and evoke their own brilliance along the way. I’ve had the opportunity to work on the overall health and daily performance goals of a vast population including clients with acute and chronic health conditions, perfectionists, athletes, homeless, pre, and post-bariatric surgery, and geriatric populations. I use a holistic approach while using evidence-based research and biometrics to help clients achieve their goals. I have had the privilege of working in a virtual coaching space, client’s home, as well as providing one on one coaching services in an office setting.
