ABOUT SOUPHAK KIENITZ

As young as 5 years old, I wanted to be a performing artist or creator, because they create things from nothing and inspire others. While my singing career fell short, my intrinsic desire to make things grow, whether that be internal, a business, a career, or helping others, is still very much alive. In fact, this, combined desire to take risks and to push things where they’ve never been before, is what fuels me. I’m a creator, an entrepreneur, and a Co-Producer of the Conversations with Chanda podcast. Most recently, Jay Victoria, an apparel brand that makes button-down shirts for plus women, non-binary, and queer humans. As a creator and entrepreneur, I have learned to take more chances and fail forward, build a mission-driven brand and culture, and source great advisors and mentors with expertise to reach end goals through relationship building, listening, and compassion.
