As a Communications Specialist at Compass Commercial, I manage the company’s digital marketing efforts and communication channels, ensuring consistent and effective brand messaging across various platforms. I work closely with the Marketing Manager to create, maintain, and optimize content for the company’s website, social media, newsletters, and press releases.I play a key role in increasing brand visibility by managing property listings on platforms like CoStar, LoopNet, and CREXi, and developing marketing materials such as flyers, offering memorandums, and broker opinion of value reports. I also assist with SEO management, utilizing tools like Google My Business and Google Analytics to enhance web traffic and engagement.In addition, I serve as the editor for the quarterly Compass Points report, work on The Navigator monthly email newsletters, and distribute transaction reports to local media. I also coordinate community and company events, provide support for employee onboarding, and contribute to the creation of case studies that highlight company successes.In this role, I continue to develop my expertise in digital marketing, communications, and event coordination, helping Compass Commercial grow its presence and success in the Central Oregon commercial real estate market.
