Creative marketeer & recovering people pleaser specialising in Brand Identity, Strategy & GrowthHey I\'m Soph, I’m 27 and I’m the Marketing Manager at Smith Partnership - an accessible, jargon free, full-service law firm based across the East Midlands and Staffordshire. I’ve worked in marketing pretty much since I left school and joined the company in 2018 as a Marketing Assistant. During the past 8 years I\'ve worked my way up to leading the department and at the end of 2022 I completed my Level 6 Marketing Managers Apprenticeship, equivalent to a bachelor’s degree, with a Distinction. After three years of studying hard, that\'s something I\'m VERY proud of! In 2023 I won Apprentice of the Year at the Enterprising Women’s Awards (which I still can’t believe tbh 🤯) for the impact I\'d made on the firm, the growth of our digital presence and community engagement. This year I’m really looking to share my story on LinkedIn and connect with like minded marketing professionals
