With over five years of product design experience, including companies such as British Airways and Sky, I’m highly proficient in user-centred design. My time at British Airways refined my expertise in accessibility, championing inclusivity at every stage of design and build. I believe design systems go hand-in-hand with great design, and I’ve contributed to the development of systems.At the heart of my approach lies a commitment to understanding the needs of users, informed by my background in psychology. My research skills underpin this commitment, providing insights and answers which support (or disprove!) the work.Sky afforded me the unique opportunity to work with unusual devices, including television alongside web and mobile design. We championed inclusive design, ensuring our digital platforms catered to a diverse customer base. Fuelled by a passion for behavioural science, I use this knowledge to create intuitive interfaces that fit with with users\' decision-making processes.
