When I was 11, I underwent an extensive brain surgery that sparked a lifelong passion for improving healthcare. After earning a degree in Pre-Medicine with a minor in Business, I began my career at Johnson & Johnson in sales and marketing, gaining firsthand experience in the operating room and a strong foundation in product launch. Today, I lead global commercialization for Olympus’ largest Core GI business segment—driving go-to-market strategy, launch excellence, and the introduction of new endoscopic technologies across international markets. My role bridges clinical insight, marketing strategy, and operational execution to ensure that innovative devices reach the physicians and patients who need them most.
