I’m a human factors and design leader passionate about innovative medical technologies. I have 10+ years of experience shaping how people interact with technology—whether it’s in the OR, behind the wheel, or in their living rooms. With roots in psychology, UX, and human factors engineering, I’ve built a career around one core belief: great innovation starts with understanding people.Today, I lead a talented team human factors engineers focused on delivering medical technologies that are not only safe and efficacious, but also adoptable, deployable products that are satisfying to use. We blend research, creativity, and systems thinking to solve complex problems, always with the human in mind.My work lives at the intersection of- Human-automation interaction & team cognition- Usability engineering and HF validation testing for FDA and international regulatory submissions of medical devices and digital health technologies- Generative AI, NLP, and data-driven innovation- Biodesign, surgical robotics, and minimally invasive systems- Agile development and cross-functional collaborationI’m a lifelong researcher and strategist, a curious listener, and a global traveler who loves hearing how people around the world think about life, work, and the universe.
