Responsibilities:• Identify risks with proactive mitigations built to prevent roadblocks, balance un/intended consequences, post-launch project review and advised business trade-offs. Successfully anticipate business problems and mitigate for both short- & long-term solutions.• Stakeholder management: influence without authority over 60 senior stakeholders, MBR/QBR/flash reporting to Directors/VPs. Develop and facilitate meaningful relationships with 15 DSPA members.• Support cross-business line teams in Europe, Japan and UAE to stand-up new POE, CM and PMO functions, to encourage program maturity and worldwide parity.Achievements:• Delivered implementation of 22 high-profile projects across European last mile logistics. • Business transformation from Souq to Amazon Logistics in Saudi Arabia & Egypt, managing operations, key project deliverables, IT development, integration of complex systems, improved execution workflows and post launch analysis, to deliver unprecedented volume increase from 15K to 110K. • Foster lasting team culture and collaboration focusing on talent development, strengthening of inter-departmental and inter-level relationships via breakfast networking, and valued participation in charity initiatives such as fundraising, volunteering & event support with The Brick and Derian House Hospice.
