ABOUT SOPHIA JUAREZ

I\'m a recent graduate from the University of Texas at Austin, currently seeking an entry-level opportunity at a law firm or in a corporate environment that will allow me to gain hands-on experience with the inner workings of business operations before attending law school in a couple of years. My long-term goal is to become a corporate attorney specializing in transactional matters. What draws me to corporate law is its structure, complexity, and the essential role that ethics and governance play in shaping organizational decisions. I’m particularly interested in how transactional work can influence large-scale business outcomes. While my exposure to business law has been primarily academic thus far, I\'m actively pursuing opportunities to learn, contribute, and grow in a professional setting. In both professional and leadership roles, I’ve developed a strong foundation in administrative operations, event planning, recruiting, and team coordination. Whether managing logistics for high-volume client appointments or planning large-scale events for campus organizations, I bring organization, adaptability, and a proactive mindset to everything I do. I\'m excited to begin this next chapter in my career, and I’m eager to connect with professionals in the legal, business, or corporate development fields.
