Senior leader with 20+ years of experience leading innovative peace and mediation initiatives and managing democratic governance programmes in 30+ countries across the Asia-Pacific and globally. Currently providing senior advisory and facilitation support to the European Institute of Peace, Conciliation Resources and the UK Government. Successful history managing annual budgets of £85 million and leading teams of 15+ staff and have secured £1.5+ million in UK Government contracts. I have built strategic partnerships with UK and EU Governments, UN Agencies and leading regional NGOs and think tanks.My PhD used innovative mixed methods data analysis and I have authored over 25 widely read research papers. I work using transformative feminist and intersectional approaches and have facilitated inclusive mediation and peace processes, reduced trafficking of small arms and light weapons and supported fair elections.
