RECENT TASKS1. Long-term support to the British Peace Support Team (Africa) to develop a digital MEL system and ensure uptake to report and learn (April 2019 to present)2. Lessons learnt adviser for stability trackers for HMG: developing guidance on how to develop stability trackers for HMG country offices (Jan-Mar 2021) 3. Contribution analysis case studies for the Partnerships for Development programme to communicate stories of change for anti-corruption programmes (Mar-Aug 2020)-Experience/skills- Designing and operationalising theories of change. This includes facilitating theory of change sessions with stakeholders to construct logframes and results frameworks to test the assumptions in the ToC as the programme is implemented - Designing MEL systems at an operational level (data collection tools, training and mentoring staff to support uptake, data analysis and presentation)- Presentation of MEL data - experience using google forms, survey monkey, tableau etc. to gather, analyse and present data - Conducting annual reviews and small and large-scale evaluations - Outcome-level data gathering (including tool development), mentoring for programme teams to gather, analyse and utilise this data- Developing MEL systems, processes and skill-sets/capacities to support data analysis for programme adaptation (outcome harvesting, for example)
