ABOUT SONYA LEACH

Rendall & Rittner has grown substantially over the past 30 years, we now employ over 400 members of staff based in offices in London, Croydon, Milton Keynes, Manchester and Bournemouth. We also manage more than 1,300 employees on-site. Our expansion is based on the recommendations of clients and lessees who have first-hand knowledge of what we can offer. This ensures that hearing about our customer satisfaction is not just a positive for today, but the building block of tomorrow. One thing that never changes is the need to employ the best possible people, in every area of everything that we do. We rely on our reputation, and that relies on our people. Typical professional qualifications we support are IRPM, RICS, IOSH, NEBOSH, ACCA, CIMA, AAT, ACA and IWFM and others, depending on roles and our client’s needs. We also offer bespoke training packages on such topics as Health and Safety, Customer Service, Technical Behavioral Skills and First Aid. We have gained a number of accreditations and awards over the last few years. Recent accreditations and awards include; Investors in People - Platinum accreditation, RoSPA Gold, 5-star British Safety Council accreditation, ARMA Ace - Employer of the Year and RESI - Property Management Company of the Year
