Managing a mixed used brand new development comprising of 798 units- Managing commercial units and developing effective relationships thereby working cohesively around various estate strategies- Work alongside the Senior PM and Senior Ops Manager to ensure day to day site operations are running smoothly ensuring business continuity- Responsible for managing estate team including concierge, security, M&E and facilities teams- PPM management including both Hard & Soft services and supervising works required under M&E maintenance contracts ensuring compliance and completion up to required standards- Working on QUOODA managing risk, compliance and safety management on all estate related assets and occupiers- Manage petty cash accounts for the site, ensuring that records and documentation are up to date- Assist the Senior Property Manager with budgeting and financials providing cost effective long and short term solutions- Ensure Health and Safety is at the heart of development and associated regulations are adhered to at all times thereby keeping the development and workplace a safe environment for all- Deal with any emergencies and assisting LFB, LAS and Met accordingly.
