ABOUT SONYA TSUI

Sonya Tsui is a branded content and live event expert with more than 10 years experience supporting award-winning campaigns across lifestyle and pop culture brands, and knows well the value of original content and authenticity. Early on, she started her career as a Wedding Cake designer and competed in numerous competitions, including on a TV food network. Her move into media included spending the first half of the decade at Spafax, a leader in airline content marketing, before moving abroad. She supported the launch of Fandom, a leading global entertainment destination with over 300 million monthly uniques, in the Asia-Pacific market. After that she moved to Val Morgan (Wanda Group), a leader in Cinema and Out of Home advertising across Australia and New Zealand, who wanted to expand into the digital space. She helped with this transition, as well as developed a go-to-market strategy across all their verticals. With an international mindset, shaped by having lived abroad and supporting brands across Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand and Hong Kong, she now lives and works in Toronto.
