Since 2007, we’ve powered market leaders including Monzo, Revolut and Starling with a secure, scalable platform and a client-centric approach that combines hands-on support with modern technology.Some of my key responsibilities include:• Manage the global HRIS (BambooHR), maintaining accurate employee data, streamlining records management, and generating reports for leadership and compliance needs.• Lead the onboarding process across multiple regions, from pre-boarding through induction. Personally run first-day welcome sessions to ensure a consistent and engaging start for all new joiners.• Delivered and maintain a new global benefits platform (ThanksBen), working closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing value for employees.• Manage all employee lifecycle processes, including contracts, onboarding, probation reviews, benefits changes, and exits - ensuring legal compliance and excellent employee experience throughout. •Work closely with external providers (e.g. background checks, benefits, and EAPs), acting as the main point of contact and managing accounts effectively.• Collaborate with the wider People Team to identify and implement process improvements. Such as the automation of manual tasks, standardising documentation, and simplifying workflows.• Provide day-to-day policy guidance on absence, recruitment, and performance-related matters, contributing to fair and consistent people practices.
