As a Service Delivery Manager at DXC Technology for over six years, I have specialized in IT service management within an ITIL v4 framework. My focus has been on planning, implementing, and managing solution provisions while defining and ensuring compliance with stringent Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs).
