ABOUT SONDRA DUPUIS WHITMIRE

At this time in my life I am fortunate to have the opportunity to pursue a career that I am passionate about! I love all aspects of marketing and fashion. I have the experience to create and execute business development plans and strategies in order to promote an increase in sales and customer satisfaction. My years spent in Retail Management gave me the capability to foresee, recruit, and develop the staff needed to run a superior store with a low turnover rate. My management style is to first train every employee to follow all company policies and procedures. I stress that they are in place to protect the best interest of honest dedicated employees. I like to create a fun but then again competitive sales environment and will always lead by example. I deliver a shopping experience in which my clients find to be an asset when looking for their own personal desires or for the perfect gift. As an EXCELL Facilitator I managed the Continuous Improvement Process. The goal of this program is to Exceed Customers Expectation Levels for Life. I assisted management in the sales, financing, and service departments with the development and then implement of protocol for all staff to abide by. The evidence that the policies and procedures we created were in the best interest of the customer concerning sales and service came in the form of surveys taken by an outside source to ensure accuracy. I am proud to say we steadily remained in the top two percent of our district which included the Houston area. I am a dedicated loyal individual who is motivated to go above and beyond to prove myself as an asset to my peers. I take pride in a job well done and believe my results represent my integrity and character. I am committed to achieve all goals set before me and find it extremely rewarding to do so. I realize the importance to conduct myself in a constant professional manner when directing the day-to-day operations of business while putting the needs of the customer first.
