Worked on building and delivering the Copilot Studio Customer Immersion Experiences for customers to realize the potential of Agentic AI.* Customer Engagement-Conducting discovery sessions to understand customer goals, identifying key use cases, and tailoring Copilot solutions accordingly- Building strong relationships by understanding customers\' needs and challenges and providing ongoing support to ensure customers fully leverage Copilot’s capabilities.* Workshops and Trainings- Conducting workshops and training sessions to educate customers on the features and capabilities of Copilot including hands-on demonstrations, sharing best practices, and providing real-world examples to help customers see the value of Copilot in action.* Technical Enablement- Ensuring internal Sales team are enabled and technically up to date and ready to lead Copilot conversations with the customers, bringing more revenue- Fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing among teams, helping them connect and learn from each other.
