Responsible for managing significant escapes Management of the non-conformance process for products and/or processes from suppliers with significant impact on customers, deliveries, and/or production centers, ensuring compliance with procedural and regulatory requirements.• Establish a multi-disciplinary escape team, initiate and lead escape meetings and ensure effective implementation of escape management process per Quality Management procedure• Facilitate escape team discussions to confirm problem description, defect characterization and assess impact on operation, hardware, engine and customer• Prepare and present escape status at weekly senior management review meetings• Drive escape projects, co-ordinate with cross-functional teams and organize follow-up meetings and lead required discussions till escape closure. • Establish containment plan internally and at the customer• Initiate field actions based on Engineering disposition and recommendation• Collaborate with different stakeholders on root cause analysis and resolution process. Review 8D report format to document RCCA, PFMEA and Control Plan update, read across and preventive actions to eliminate risk of similar future escape. • Document and submit escape minutes report and ensure all required elements are completed and closed
