LTDDealing in Marine Engines spares, Turbocharger, separators, Pump Spares.Roles and Responsibilities:o Prepared and distributed RFQ/ enquiries along with drawings and data sheets to various supplier.o Deciding purchase order quantity as per current stock position, material movement trend & current sales orders.o Follow up with supplier for their offer, after receiving offers, making comparison of quotations on basis of price, delivery schedule etco Order shall be placed on approved supplier with assistance of Managerso On receipt of Order Acknowledgement and Proforma Invoice (as per payment terms), Instruction shall be sent to Accounts Dept. for Payment of Invoice Amount.o Coordinate with supplier for technical supports.o Arranging dispatch of sample to supplier to cross check specification & manufacture accordingly (if supplier require).o Coordinating with Logistics Department for picking up the consignment, when shipment is ready for pick-up at suppliers end.o Handling out & out dispatches.o In case of wrong or short supplies received as per intimation from Stores, Sales department shall handle warranty / insurance claim.o Handling new development, surfing for new supplier.o Making all purchase entry in ERP Software (Enquiry, Offers comparison, Purchase Orders, Supplier invoice, Purchase return)o Keeping all purchase record & reported to Manger & Directors.
