At Terminal A, I work on turning scattered airport data into reliable insights that leadership could act on. My focus was building simple but scalable reporting systems that improved how operations, facilities, and management teams made decisions.• Developed automated Power BI dashboards for flight operations, baggage KPIs, passenger feedback, kiosk usage, and contractor performance.• Built SharePoint and Power Automate pipelines to replace manual Excel processes with clean, refreshable datasets.• Partnered with IT, Operations, and Facilities while exploring AODB and Maximo to create views that connected operational data with costs and asset performance.• Conducted a Microsoft Fabric feasibility study, drafting a roadmap to unify enterprise data sources into a single lakehouse model for future analytics.Beyond the technical work, the internship gave me a front-row view of how an airport really runs: flights, customer experience, facilities, HR, and IT all working together. The biggest lesson I take away is that data is not just numbers, it’s how a business operates, improves, and makes decisions every day.
