I am an MSc Sport Management graduate from the University of Stirling and hold an MBA from the University of Pune. My academic background, combined with hands-on leadership experience, has shaped my drive to work at the intersection of sports operations, event management, and strategic planning.My journey into sport leadership began as the Sports President at the University of Pune, where I led a student body of over 200 athletes, organised intercollegiate tournaments, and coordinated with university departments to execute sporting events that impacted thousands. This 1.3-year experience taught me the value of teamwork, planning under pressure, and delivering seamless experiences for participants.At Oriam, Scotland’s Performance Sports Centre, I’ve been part of the frontline operations team, ensuring daily readiness of elite-level facilities, managing logistics for training camps, and supporting event execution for both grassroots and professional athletes.I thrive in fast-paced environments where planning, adaptability, and communication are key to success.
