Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and strategic direction of IT infrastructure and operations across branch offices in Europe, ensuring seamless delivery of telephony, networking, and IT systems. This includes accountability for all endpoints, IT equipment, and infrastructure support for offices across the region, focusing on optimal performance, security, and availability.Key responsibilities include:Leading the IT operations team to deliver end-to-end desktop support (1st to 3rd line) for Windows 10/11 and Mac devices, ensuring effective issue resolution and continuous improvement of IT services.Working in an IT environment including Azure Active Directory, Exchange, and 365, to ensure alignment with business needs and future scalability.Driving the execution and rollout of IT projects, from initial planning to post-deployment support, across the UK & I and EMEA regions. This includes- Data migrations from shared servers to SharePoint shared libraries- User migrations from Windows Active Directory to Azure Active Directory- Re-imaging and deployment of laptops with the latest Windows builds, integrated into the Azure AD domain- Implementation of a password reset tool and migration of encryption solutions from McAfee to BitLocker- Integration of new offices and countries into the corporate IT environment, including hardware setup and data migration- Collaborating closely with business stakeholders and operational managers, holding monthly meetings to ensure IT services are aligned with operational goals and business requirements- Ensuring compliance with corporate IT policies & governance, including cybersecurity, data protection, and risk management- Supporting the business through continual improvement of IT systems and processes, with a focus on scalability, security, and business continuity- Vendor management - ensuring service levels are met, and infrastructure solutions are cost-effective and future-proof.
