Hi! I’m Sofie, a fourth-year BSc Exercise and Health Physiology student at the University of Calgary. I’m passionate about understanding how people move, feel, and thrive, and using that knowledge to create positive change in my community.🤝 Leadership – Experienced in leading teams and coaching youth, including roles as sports camp team lead, assistant volleyball coach, and team lead overseeing staff. Skilled at fostering athlete development, building positive team culture, and supporting inclusive, holistic well-being through volunteer work in physiotherapy and with children with disabilities. Communication & Collaboration – Fluent in English and French, with proven success in team and community leadership. As Chapter President of Alpha Omicron Pi’s Kappa Lambda Chapter, I lead with empathy and vision to build an empowering culture. I also serve as Social Media Coordinator for the University of Calgary’s Motionball chapter in support of Special Olympics, driving engagement and awareness through digital outreach.
