ABOUT SNEHA SEHRAWAT

With over 14 years of work experience in global payment operations, I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to deliver excellent customer service, compliance, and innovation. I have a master\'s degree in international marketing, and certifications in GDPR and anti-money laundering. I am currently the Senior Payment Operations Manager at Amazon, where I oversee the payment operations expansion, support, and experience across the EU. In my current role, I lead team of Senior leads who are responsible for launching new payment programs and new geographies, ensuring payment operations support and resolution, and enhancing payment experience for customers and merchants. I leverage my skills in new business development, key account management, and customer relationship management to build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, such as payment service providers, regulators, and auditors. I also collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, streamline processes, and optimize performance. I am proud to have contributed to the successful launch of the EU and UK Payment DSP 2.0 program, which improved the payment security and convenience for millions of customers.
