Brendon Gehrke has 15 years of experience navigating government and shaping public policy, he has testified before congressional committees, prepared Cabinet Secretaries and Senior Executives for congressional engagements, and has played an essential role in getting pieces of legislation signed into law. Currently, Brendon is senior government relations professional at Booz Allen, focusing on advancing the Civil Sector’s strategic policy initiatives. In this role he leads efforts to strengthen relationships with executive branch political appointees, Members of Congress, congressional staff, and key stakeholders.Prior to Booz Allen, Brendon served as Director of Government Affairs at Leidos, successfully leading congressional strategy and advocacy efforts to shape the law and government funding.Brendon is a Marine Corps veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan. He holds a B.A. in Political Science & Communications from the University of Utah, and a Master of Business Administration from UCLA-Anderson. Brendon and his wife live on Capitol Hill with their Doberman, Jax; their black cat, Pluto; and foster son. They love to travel, with a goal of exploring every National Park and visiting a new country each year.
