As former Chief Operating Officer of Farm Credit Canada (FCC), she scaled the nation’s largest agricultural lender to a portfolio exceeding $50 billion.Sophie’s executive roles have spanned lending, venture capital, credit risk, and technology. An enterprise transformation specialist, she led the multi-year modernization of FCC’s digital and core banking platforms, enabling sustained portfolio expansion and investment growth. Most recently, as Executive Vice President, she launched FCC’s Growth & Innovation division, bringing together product development, core technology platform strategy, and the company’s commercial software business.
