ABOUT STEVE LUTHER

I am a multi-talented, innovative and passionate international higher education marketing, business development and sales professional with significant, successful experience for organizations in the United States and abroad. You\'ll find that i possess particular talent and expertise in partnership and relationship building across all organizational levels, along with documented strategic success in sales management, marketing communications, public and media relations, program and product development and launch, strategic planning, and recruitment. You\'ll find that I not only help organizations reach their business and sales goals, I am driven to help exceed them. Having spent over 20 years in international higher education - at non-profit, for-profit and proprietary organizations, I specailze in building strategic relationships with universities and colleges domestically in America and across the globe, with a focus on study abroad/international program development and recruitment. Colleagues would say I\'m an expert in global student recruitment and marketing, with extensive knowledge of the American, Canadian, Oceania, European and Asian markets. With a particular flair for developing and building new partnerships, bringing me on board would be an asset to any organization looking to expand its presence, gain valuable new clients, develop new business and deliver killer marketing and service to its customer base.I have a history of longevity with and commitment to the organizations I have worked for, including eight years with the United Kingdom-based Foundation for International Education and 12 years with GlobaLinks Learning Abroad in, both leaders in international programming for universities around the world, and 7 years as a marketing and public relations leader in healthcare world with Eastern Connecticut Health Network and Rockville General Hospital early in my careerSpecialties include developing and expanding partnerships with universities, faculties and academic departments, developing new international programs, marketing, promotion of sales, communicating complex information to lay audiences, strategic planning, budgeting, and recruitment, working in a remote environment for domestic and international organizations. Most recently, I have embarked on graduate-level education, pursuing a personal passion in Space Weather through Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
